In ServiceTonic it is possible to configure the mail read frequency. As you already know, every time an email is read, it automatically becomes a ticket.

By default the system has the read time set to 5 minutes.

Do you need more frequency? We are going to modify this value.

To do so, you must have access to the server where ServiceTonic is installed. If you do not have access, ask your system administrator and once inside the server look for the file applicationContext-scheduling.xml situado en …/apache-tomcatwebappsServiceTonicWEB-INFconfigspring
Be careful when modifying this file, it is the one that controls various automatic processes. In case of doubt, remember that you can always request support from our IT support service.
Search the following text “cronReadMail”:

On the line p:cronExpression=”0 0/5 * * * ?”/> is where the reading frequency is indicated.
The value 0/5 indicates that the reading will be executed every 5 minutes, so if we modify it by 0/2 or 0/10 the reading will be executed every 2 or 10 minutes respectively.
Once modified, the ApacheTomcat service must be restarted for the changes to take effect.
