As many as you need. Each AI Agent will have its own specialization, configuration, and will only be accessible to the users you define.
You can translate from any language into those defined in ServiceTonic. Currently, the available languages are English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Chinese, Dutch, Czech, Polish, Swedish, Catalan, and Korean.
You can configure end-user access to specific AI Agents based on multiple criteria, such as role, department, or location. When AI is enabled for a service, all agents within that service have access to Copilot.
You can train your AI Agents using documents in PDF, TXT, JSON, and MD formats, as well as content from one or more URLs. It is also now possible to incorporate the ticket history from your ServiceTonic platform and the topics from your Knowledge Base, enabling more accurate, contextualized, and user-aligned responses.
Absolutely. With translation options available for both ticket responses and history, agents can write solutions in one language and ask AI to translate them into the customer’s preferred language.
Training an AI Agent is simple. You just need to adjust the default prompt to define its behavior according to your needs. For example, you can configure it to generate concise, structured responses in the same language as the query.
